Cotswold Surgical Partners is a Consultant-led and Care Quality Commission regulated provider of NHS and Private Dermatology and Plastic Surgery in locations across Wiltshire. We offer a community based skin surgery and dermatology service, commissioned by both NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board and NHS Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board. We also support NHS skin surgery patients referred from the Great Western Hospital in Swindon, North Bristol NHS Trust, Gloucester Royal Hospital and the Royal United Hospital in Bath. This covers day case surgical procedures, outpatient procedures and routine assessment clinics.
Our team based in our Skin Care Centre in Royal Wootton Bassett are here to help you if you have any questions about private and NHS referrals (including those through the e-referral service) or guidance on the range of surgical and non-surgical treatments we provide. You can get in touch through our ‘Contact Us’ page today. Each location offers slightly different services, so please get in touch to find out more.

Consultant Dermatology
Our Dermatologists are doctors who diagnose, investigate, treat and manage conditions for those over 18 years with skin, hair and nail concerns. They can help you with a broad range of symptoms and treatments from lumps, bumps, tags, suspect skin cancers, changes with moles, or conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis.

Skin Plastic Surgery
We provide a range of both day surgeries and minor skin operations under local anaesthetic. Working in partnership with several Plastic Surgeons, each with their own speciality, we can ensure that you receive honest, realistic advice and support on a range of surgical procedures such as skin cancer excisions, hand surgeries such as Carpal Tunnel and other minor surgeries that do not require general anaesthetic.
During 2023 we are also supporting NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICB with an NHS See & Treat service. This includes the provision of minor surgery treatment for skin conditions comprising of low risk basal cell carcinomas; and benign skin lesions for which funding approval is already in place.
Our services provided by Consultant Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons are regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
We know that this can be a sensitive and personal topic, so all of our teams and partners are trained and experienced to support you with the care that you rightly expect.
