These Terms and Conditions take precedence over the contents of any literature or written material provided by Cotswold Surgical Partners to the Patient where such contents conflict with these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions will be relied upon, and when updated full version control is recorded for transparency.
  2. These Terms & Conditions also apply to all products sold, whether at the practice, over the telephone or online.
  1. The following definitions apply:
    1. “the Practice” or the “Company” means Cotswold Surgical Partners.
      “Patient Information” refers to the information supplied by Cotswold Surgical Partners to its patients in any form, whether brochure, advertorial, social media, on the website and letter form.
    2. “Procedure” refers to the procedure to be carried out at Cotswold Surgical Partners.
    3. “Patient” means any person who has entered into a contract for a Procedure.
    4. “Pre-booking” means a booking and payment made prior to Consultation with Cotswold Surgical Partners.
    5. “Initial Aftercare Period” means the aftercare included within the cost of your procedure. The duration varies by procedure and is defined on your Quotation.
    6. “Cost” is Total Surgery Price as detailed on the quotation.
    7. “Consultation” is a pre-operative meeting between the Patient and Cotswold Surgical Partners at which the Patient’s suitability for the Procedure is considered and the final cost for a procedure/s confirmed.

Any information contained on this site should not replace advice that your relevant health professional would give you and is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely.

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
  1. All Plastic Surgeons and Consultant Dermatologists working with, or at, Cotswold Surgical Partners are registered with the General Medical Council and are obliged to maintain full Private Practice Medical Indemnity Insurance. Aesthetic procedures and treatments are provided by those registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and have completed recognised accredited training.
  2. The patient warrants that they have read and understood the Patient Information and fully understands the range of possible outcomes of the proposed procedure.
  3. The Consultant Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon will provide a written or electronic prescription for all post-operative medication required (i.e. antibiotics and painkillers).
  1. This contract is conditional upon the acceptance of the Patient by Cotswold Surgical Partners based upon information given by the Patient during the consultation with them. The decision to carry out surgery shall be at the discretion of Cotswold Surgical Partners.
  2. Treatment will only be given where satisfactory payment has been received at least 14 days prior to surgery (or as soon as possible for surgery booked less than 14 days in advance, but always prior to surgery).
  3. Payment can be made in advance via telephone using a debit/credit card, BACS transfer, cleared cheque or at reception on the day of the appointment prior to admission.
  4. Cotswold Surgical Partners reserves the right to ask for a deposit payment to confirm an appointment of no more than 50% of the total cost.
  5. The Patient agrees to provide Cotswold Surgical Partners and clinical staff of the practice with a health history that is honest, accurate, reliable and complete. The Patient understands that withholding any medical information could be detrimental to their health and safety and may result in cancellation of the procedure with no refund. The Patient agrees that if any change occurs in his or her medical history or status to inform Cotswold Surgical Partners without delay and to keep Cotswold Surgical Partners informed.
  6. Cotswold Surgical Partners only provides services to those aged 18 or over.
  1. Cotswold Surgical Partners reserves the right to alter the Patient’s outpatient appointments although such changes will be avoided wherever possible. The Patient agrees that no consequential loss will be payable for the short notice cancellation on any procedure/ appointment.
  2. The Patient agrees that in signing this set of Terms and Conditions and the Medical History Form that they have understood the terms and has been given an opportunity to seek explanation.
  3. The Patient will be required to sign a Medical Consent Form at the practice prior to surgery.
  4. In the interest of patient safety and welfare, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone your procedure. A full explanation will be provided by the responsible clinician in this eventuality.
  1. Rescheduling – if you need to reschedule your surgery date, an administration fee will apply as follows: 8-13 days or less notice – £250, 7 days or less notice – loss of full surgeon fee.
  2. Cancellations for medical reasons: Cancellations necessary due to previously unknown medical conditions will be rescheduled where possible. If after reasonable consideration the indicated medical condition prevents rescheduling of the procedure, then refund of the monies paid will be given in full to the patient. If the procedure is abandoned intra-operatively due to unforeseen medical conditions, Cotswold Surgical Partners will retain sufficient monies to cover the costs incurred by the Practice as reasonably deemed fit and in accordance with the conditions detailed at 33 and 40.
  1. The complaints procedure is available on request. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your treatment, we recommend that you bring this to our attention as soon as possible.     If someone is making a complaint on your behalf, we will require consent from yourself where possible to liaise with them sufficiently. If this is the case, we will explain this fully to all parties and provide the necessary documentation.
  1. Readmission – please see information provided by the Practice.
  2. If the Patient fails to attend review appointments or follow advice and guidance given, or where the results of the surgery originally provided have been affected by changes in lifestyle, illness or the natural ageing process, Cotswold Surgical Partners cannot commit to providing continuing surgery at special rates.
  1. Cotswold Surgical Partners and the Patient agrees that all matters relating to the Patient’s treatment will be kept as confidential, save where Cotswold Surgical Partners is required to disclose such material to relevant members of medical staff and/or relevant government authorities be they regulatory or otherwise.
  2. The Patient confirms their consent to the disclosure of personal information by Cotswold Surgical Partners to Surgeons, Doctors and Nurses and other medical staff for the purpose of discussing Patient’s treatment.
  3. During admission, photographs may be taken. They will remain part of your medical file. We are not able to supply copies.
  1. Returns policy for online orders – ‘Arran – Sense of Scotland’
    If you are not 100% happy with your purchase of ARRAN Sense of Scotland product(s), we offer a simple returns policy.

    Purchased in practice: Return the product(s) to us within 7 days, unopened in a sellable condition for an exchange or refund.

    Purchased online: Simply return the product/s to us within 14 days for a full refund.
  1. Cotswold Surgical Partners will issue a full refund or replacement of goods when:-
    • products are supplied damaged
    • products ordered by you (and which are confirmed by Cotswold Surgical Partners as available) within 21 days of the dispatch date do not arrive at the delivery address
    • products you have ordered are returned to Cotswold Surgical Partners as undeliverable by the postal service
      you exercise your cancellation right and you have cancelled the Contract between us within the fourteen-day cooling-off period.
  2. A refund or replacement will be issued to you following receipt by Cotswold Surgical Partners of the returned goods. Such refund or replacement will be provided within 14 days of the date the returned goods are received.

  1. Please ensure you enclose proof of purchase so we can action your refund/exchange accordingly. We recommend that all returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that proof of postage is obtained.
  2. Unfortunately we do not cover the postage cost of returning items online at this time.
  1. Orders can only be accepted from residents in the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) for delivery in the United Kingdom (or Channel Islands/Isle of Man).
  2. The prices stated on the Website are inclusive of VAT (where payable) with the postage fee clearly indicated.
  3. We aim to dispatch all products within 2 days of the date of your order. Please note we do not guarantee the availability of products or dispatch times. Cotswold Surgical Partners use Royal Mail, and cannot be held accountable for any delays accrued once the product(s) have left our Practice.
  4. Please check the goods as soon as possible after delivery to inspect for any damage, defects or discrepancies. In the event there is a problem with the goods please do not use the goods and return them as set out in the ‘Returns policy for online orders’.
  1. We are also happy to accept returned items at our Practice, if this is convenient for you. Please ensure that you have your order confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase. You will also require the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, that person will need to be present at the time of return to practice to accept the refund back on to their card. If you do not have any proof of purchase we will offer an exchange only.
  2. Please note all refunds are processed less the cost of postage.
  3. When processing a refund for returned goods, we will refund by the original method of payment (including if you originally paid in vouchers) and you will receive an email confirming the refund amount within 5-10 working days. If we decide not to process any refund you will be contacted by our Customer Services Department.
  4. A refund will be offered provided the goods are in a fully saleable condition, except of course where goods are faulty and/or damaged.
  5. In the unlikely event you have been delivered incorrect goods please contact us directly at bswccg.csp@nhs.net or on 0808 280 35660 (8.30am-5.00pm, Monday- Friday).
  6. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost in transit, the goods are your responsibility until received by Cotswold Surgical Partners.
  7. Our policies do not affect your statutory rights.
  1. You can cancel an order by emailing Cotswold Surgical Partners at bswicb.csp@nhs.net quoting your order number. Please make sure you include the words “order cancellation” in your email subject heading.
  2. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. As it can take as little as 3 to 4 hours for your goods to be despatched, it is advisable to check for this confirmation message before you email to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us in the normal way for a full refund as explained above.
