Rachel Clancy and her team were amazing. For the first time in my skin cancer treatment I felt, listen to, heard and understood. They cared for the whole of me my mental health as well and physical. I felt like a human being with feelings not an inconvenience. My nurse was outstanding in her level of care and helpfulness. For a horrible procedure they talked me through every step and reassured me all the time. I felt heard.

Thank you so much for your kindness and professional skill to sort me out, both in my mind and body. To say it gives me great peace of mind to know that you are there if I have a similar problem (hopefully not) in the future.
