Cotswold Surgical Partners aims to make clear the requirements and obligations for safeguarding of children, young people and adults at risk of harm or abuse, in line with extant legislation and what appropriate actions will be taken by the organisation. To do so, Cotswold Surgical Partners has a joint safeguarding policy for adults and children. Though Cotswold Surgical Partners is an adult only service 18+ years, there may be occasions where patients, or their NOK, present with children in attendance.
